Importance of Francophones on the Governance Structure and Senior Management Team
A good way to include Francophones in planning and decision-making is to ensure they are present in the decision-making process and on the board of directors. The Francophones who sit on the board of directors must reflect the proportion of the Francophone population within the community served, as well as provide the necessary expertise in helping the organization make progress.
The senior management team must also have an effective representation of Francophones.
