Seek Candidates Where they Are

• • The announcement should be published in both languages, in French and English media;
  • The announcement should be published in the English and French interfaces of job search websites;
  • The announcement in English should include a sentence in French to encourage bilingual candidates to apply;
  • Publish the announcement on the organization’s website;
  • Use social media, professional contact networks, universities and colleges and word of mouth;
  • Consult your local Francophone community organizations of your region.
