Collaborating with Francophones

In order to offer services and programs that meet the needs and reflect the values, cultures and experience of Francophones in their region, be recognized by the Francophone community and be perceived as a partner whose services can be counted on, organizations must create bonds with this community—in all its diversity—and with the organizations that serve them.
